Ms. Rose G. Proto is proud to be of service to the community where she calls home. Putting clients’ needs at the forefront of her practice model has enabled her to provide the highest level of client satisfaction and excellence in the practice of law. Ms. Proto brings with her a unique background of experience in estate planning, civil litigation, and business law that enables her to deliver a wide spectrum of legal expertise to the creative process.
Prior to founding her own practice in 2014, Ms. Proto worked as an attorney at two prominent law firms in Charlotte, where she most recently held the position of lead counsel of the Litigation Department. To date, Ms. Proto has represented hundreds of clients with a strong dedication to achieving clients’ goals through trustworthy and diligent representation.
During the course of her legal career, Ms. Proto has published several legal articles in peer-reviewed journals and has instructed her peers in a Continuing Legal Education course on Social Security Disability. She has taught Business Law as an adjunct professor at her alma mater, St. Bonaventure University. She currently serves on the Scholarship Committee for the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation, and volunteers at Thompson Child & Family Focus in Matthews, NC. In her leisure, Ms. Proto enjoys outdoor pursuits including climbing, skiing, mountain biking, golfing and playing tennis.
